The commercial landscape in Bluffton and Hilton Head continues to change and grow. Here's the latest news.

  • WaterWalk, Shelter Cove Towne Centre, Hwy 278, Hilton Head Island. Southeastern Development will begin leasing new luxury residences at its two high-end, mid-size buildings on the southern shore of Broad Creek at the end of this month.

New residents will enjoy resort-style amenities and lifestyle in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,054 to 2,121 square feet. Private parking, concierge services, swimming pools and wellness centers are included. Rental costs were not disclosed.

Apartment homes in the pet-friendly facility are equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, 10-foot ceilings, terraces and grand entrances.

Tenants are expected to begin moving in this November.

  • Palmetto Bay Marina, 86 Helms-man Way, Hilton Head.
