Stephani Johnson, NHA, CRCA and Mabe’l Cline, BSN, RN, have founded Integrity Home Care, an in-home, private health care service in the Lowcountry.
Johnson and Cline each have more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare profession.
The new company offers non-medical in-home care to support clients in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Services are customized to every individual’s needs, with a variety of other services including a hurricane package.
Johnson is a licensed nursing home and assisted living administrator who owned a home health care agency in California for 12 years. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry altogether.
Cline, who will serve as director of clinical operations, has more than 25 years’ experience as a registered nurse, including serving as director of nurses for skilled and assistant living, and as a clinical manager in home health.
Every member of their caregiver team is thoroughly screened, insured, bonded and are seasoned professionals with years of experience in the industry.
Integrity Health Care offers a myriad of services, from certified nurses assistants who provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting; to companions who provide household care, including light household chores, transportation to and from appointments; and arranging for at-home physician visits, palliative and hospice care.

• Angie Stone, human resources director for the Town of Hilton Head Island, has been named to join other leaders selected from across the Lowcountry to participate in the Riley Institute at Furman University’s 14th class of Diversity Leaders Initiative (DLI).
DLI class members are identified through a process including nominations from existing Riley Fellows, application and interview. Individuals are selected to join the class based on their capacity to impact their organizations and communities.
DLI graduates become Riley Fellows, members of a cross-sector, statewide leadership network that includes CEOs of corporations, mayors, city and county council members, legislators, school superintendents, pastors and rabbis, nonprofit heads, chamber of commerce directors, and community leaders.
In addition to the Lowcountry, DLI classes are selected annually in the Upstate and Midlands.

The Bluffton branch is led by Schwab independent branch leader Fred Gaskin, a financial services professional with more than 30 years of experience in investment management.

Scott Etchberger has joined Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island as human resources director.
In his new position, Etchberger is responsible for overseeing the resort’s human resources department, which includes recruiting, hiring and training programs for the resort’s team, as well as overseeing employees’ benefit packages.
Etchberger joins Sonesta from the Hilton Atlanta, where he served as interim human resources director, and prior to that as assistant director of human resources. His extensive experience also includes serving for 11 years as human resources manager for Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona; and for seven years as the vice president and co-owner of the retail gift business Soothe Your Soul Gift Gallery in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Sedona, Arizona.
Nurse practitioner Jo Ann Cullen has joined the staff of Beaufort Dermatology, 1096 Ribaut Road, which recently opened under new ownership after its purchase by the Pinnacle Medical Group, the practice of Dr. Audrey Klenke.
Cullen is a Florida native who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Florida State University, and a Master of Science in family health nursing from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Cullen began her clinical experience as a cardiac nurse in 2001 and later moved into the operating room at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. She became the clinical educator for perioperative services at Moffitt while she was working on her master’s degree and later served as the clinical specialist for perioperative services. In 2011, she helped launch a new dermatology practice in south Florida.
Janet Davoli has been promoted to chief technology officer at The Greenery Inc. In her new role, Davoli will work with executive management to achieve the company’s strategic goals of growth through the use of technological resources.
Davoli earned an MBA from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics with a minor in computer science from Binghamton University in New York.
Davoli has extensive experience in technology design and implementation, operations, business development and marketing.
Davoli previously served as director of business development for the company. During the past 11 years that she has been with The Greenery, she has a proven track record of increasing sales, while forging teamwork and commitment through all levels of the organization.
She has led companywide business development, spearheaded and implemented new technology platforms and guided marketing strategies.
