The Don Ryan Center for Innovation will host two free Zoom webinars in May, geared to provide strategic business insight and tips for professionals throughout all industries. The webinars will be held May 7 and 12 from noon to 1 p.m.

The first webinar is “How to Manage Your (Newly) Remote Workers,” presented by Dan Barringer, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM.

While close to a quarter of the U.S. workforce already works from home at least part of the time, the new policies leave many teams working out of the office and separated from each other for the first time. With many businesses now facing the challenge of remaining productive while working from remote locations, this webinar will address the specific steps one can take to improve the engagement and productivity of the virtual team.

The topic for May 12 is “What Customers Want: It’s Not What You Think,” presented by Randi Busse, president of Workforce Development Group.

What do customers want? Here’s a hint It’s not (just) price, quality, timing, taste or color – or any of those attributes of your product or service. It’s the experience you deliver.

Pre-COVID-19, customers wanted what they wanted, when they wanted it at a price they wanted to pay for it. That’s not the case today. This webinar will help attendees learn what customers want now.
