The Town of Bluffton will begin installing street lights along Boundary Street in Bluffton’s Historic District. Dominion Energy of South Carolina will begin work in mid-August and the project is scheduled to be completed by early October.
The Lighting Enhancement Project will install 12 decorative street lights along Boundary Street and 10 street lights within the park at 68 Boundary St. The fixtures will match the lights used throughout the Historic District.
The project will begin at May River Road and end at Maiden Lane. Residents and businesses should expect the increased presence of vehicles and workers during construction. Access to all homes and businesses will remain available during installation.
