Two Bluffton High School students, Drew Lee and Decker Paulmeier, second and fourth from left, visited Columbia April 12 to meet with South Carolina Superintendent of Education Molly Spearman, center, to present their engineering project that would put solar panels on the roofs of school buses, which would improve fuel performance and add solar power capability to any bus on the market today. Also pictured are a representative from the S.C Department of Transportation and Bluffton Mayor Lisa Sulka, who accompanied the students.
