The Hilton Head Choral Society will continue its 51st season Dec. 11 with “A Holiday Tapestry,” the first of three remaining concerts in its 2026-27 schedule.
The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at First Presbyterian Church, 540 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head Island.
“A Holiday Tapestry” will bring together Christmas classics, secular holiday favorites and Hanukkah selections. The program will focus on musical traditions associated with the holiday season, ranging from reflective pieces to celebratory choral works.
The Choral Society began its 2026-27 season Sept. 25 with “Questions & Answers,” its annual POPS program. The concert featured popular songs centered on questions and answers, including “What’s Going On?” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?”
The season follows the organization’s 50th anniversary celebration.
“We are beyond excited to kick off our 51st season,” Artistic Director Dustin Ousley said in announcing the season. “Our singers have spent the summer preparing, and their dedication truly shows in every rehearsal.”
Following the holiday program, the Choral Society will turn to musical theater for its spring concert.
“Broadway Bound” will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday, April 2. The program will feature songs from Broadway shows spanning different generations and styles, including music from “The Phantom of the Opera” and “Mamma Mia!”
The season will conclude with the annual “America Sings!” concert at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 30. The program will feature patriotic selections and songs of remembrance honoring members of the military and those who died while serving.
All three remaining concerts will be held at First Presbyterian Church.
